Student Account/DEVICE Help Request

If you are having difficulty logging into a student account or using a student Chromebook, please fill out and submit the following form so our Technology Services Department can assist you as soon as possible.

Support is provided on school days from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

  • Please ensure your voicemail is not full so a message can be left with your password.
  • Return calls from District staff may come from blocked or non-district phone numbers.
  • If you have an email account other than the one you are requesting assistance for, please include that in the "Additional Contact Method" section of the form so we can contact you. 

Please do not submit multiple requests for the same issue. This will cause delays in providing service.

** The Student Helpdesk follows the District Calendar. Support is only provided on the days the District is in-session.**
