P-EBT Update for Parents
ECS has submitted the necessary paperwork for families eligible to have their P-EBT benefit amounts reconsidered.
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services has changed its process for submitting P-EBT reconsideration and will now allow districts to submit the reconsideration for the school year on behalf of all eligible families. Our Eastpointe staff has submitted these forms and documentation for students who attended remotely for any portion of the year. Parents/guardians do not need to do anything at this time.
MDHHS currently estimates that ECS families will receive their additional benefits in August. We will continue to update you with any further information we receive from the state.
