Summer School Early Dismissal Monday/Tuesday
All Eastpointe Community Schools summer school programs at Eastpointe Middle School will only run for a half day on Monday and Tuesday, June 23 and 24, due to the high temperatures and heat index projected for these days. Students will be dismissed at 11:30 a.m. and sent home with bagged lunches. Start times will remain the same.
While we have air conditioning available in classrooms, this change is being made to protect students from high afternoon temperatures during transportation, as buses are not air-conditioned.
