2023 Bond Updates
THANK YOU Eastpointe Community Schools voters for approving our 2023 bond proposal. This $36.4 million no tax-rate increase bond is funding much-needed improvements to our schools!
Summer 2026 Projects
Construction
Summer 2026 bond construction projects include:
- Site work at Bellview Elementary, including a new parking lot and playground equipment
- Site work at Crescentwood Elementary, including a new one-way drive to improve traffic flow and student safety, as well as new parking lot and playground equipment
- Site work at Pleasantview Elementary, including a new bus loop to improve safety on Toepfer Drive, as well as a new parking lot and playground equipment
- Boiler replacement at Eastpointe High School

- Renovation of athletic wing bathrooms at Eastpointe High School
Summer 2025 Projects (Complete)
Construction
Summer 2025 bond construction projects include:
- Gymnasium updates at all four elementary schools, including painting, stage door replacement, and refinishing of floors
- Classroom casework and HVAC units installation at Pleasantview Elementary
- New transformers for HVAC at all four elementary schools, with air conditioning systems going live for the fall.
- New rooftop air conditioning unit for the high school auditorium
- Finishing repairs and upgrades to the Eastpointe High School pool
Technology
Summer 2025 bond technology projects include:
- Security camera replacements at elementary buildings, Early Learning Center, and Operations building
- Replace and upgrade district wi-fi infrastructure
- Fiber optic network maintenance and repair
2024-25 Projects (Complete)
- Eastpointe High School pool and locker room renovations and repairs, including equipment replacement
Summer 2024 Projects (Complete)
- Bellview, Forest Park and Crescentwood: Replace mechanical units and classroom cabinetry along exterior-facing walls
- Pleasantview: Replace interior doors, frames, and trim; replace classroom cabinetry and sinks, add coat cubbies; paint classroom walls
- Forest Park parking lot and site renovations
