Back-to-School Information

School starts August 31! We are so excited to welcome your family to Eastpointe Community Schools, whether your child is a senior finishing their school career as a Shamrock or a preschooler just starting their educational journey. Please see below for important dates and reminders as we approach the start of a new year.

New Student Enrollment

To register, parents will need their child's birth certificate, immunization record, parent photo ID, and three proofs of residency. You may register online or in-person at either the administration building or at the school your child will attend.

If your child was enrolled in ECS as of the last day of school, they will remain enrolled and placed in the correct grade and school for the 2026-27 year. They do not need to be re-enrolled, even if they are moving up to the next school.

Schools of Choice will be accepted for grades K-10 through September 11, 2026.

Transportation

We have contracted with First Student for student transportation starting with the 2026-27 school year. More information about routes and stops will be available in mid-August.
